CloudCover Photography- I am in Bellevue off of 36th & 370. Rental fee is $60/hr with a 2 hr minimum or $500/day (great for boudoir marathons). There is about 1k of shooting space. I mainly shoot boudoir but also use it for other genres. I have multiple props to use plus multiple backdrops to choose from (seamless paper). It is storefront so there are windows with sheers you can use for natural light- I do not open them when I shoot boudoir so, fake windows installed-.
